Exhibitor Area Graphics and Space

Each sponsor will be assigned a table-top position in the exhibit/catering area of the venue as follows:
  • A single 2m x 2m roller banner produced to your design - artwork deadline 17 October 2025. Download specification.
  • 1 draped table (Dark blue stretch cover) (Width: 180cm x Depth: 75cm x Height: 74cm) - you may add your own branded tablecloth.
  • A standard electrical connection – sponsors are recommended to bring additional power strips.
  • 2x chairs supplied
The 2m-wide pull-up banners will be of common type and design and there is NO provision for sponsors own pop-up or pull-up signage or any free-standing equipment. Any demo screens must be of a table-top size or maximum stand size of 43”. Screens can be hired (see section 'Screen Hire' below).
The banner is yours to keep after the event, packaging will be provided but you will be required to arrange for collection or for your booth staff to take it away with them.

Collections & Deliveries

Deliveries

Please only use the delivery label found here - not doing so will delay getting to the correct part of the building.

Deliveries can only be made on 17 November 2025 between 09:00 and 17:00. Delivery access details are available here

Delivery access to Exchange Rooms 8-10: Windmill Street, M2 3GX

This shipping label must be used on all items. The label provided should visible after any other courier/shipper labels are added. This will allow us to ensure they are placed in your exhibition space prior to your arrival on the morning of the event and to speed up your setup time.

Manchester Central is a large complex. To ensure your shipment reaches the correct location, you must use the shipping label provided.
Delivery Label

Collections

All material must be collected from the venue by close of business on 19 November 2025. Please ensure your onsite team pack and seal the boxes and attach the courier labels to all items to be collected.

Collections: If you are planning to have any items/materials collected by courier after the event please ensure your booth staff wrap the boxes, attach the courier labels and have the collection booked. Items must be collected by close of business on 19 November 2025.

Access Time / Exhibit Area Set-Up & Tear-Down

Sponsor access to the venue will be from 07:00 on 18 November 2025. The 2m-wide display banners will be in place. All set-up should be completed by 08:00 ready for the 08:00 opening of registration when delegates will start to arrive. We will ensure that all clearly identifiable pre-delivered materials are at your booth space at 07:00. Please use the shipping label available here and contact Sharon Cowley if you have any queries.

Tear-down will commence after the drinks reception at the end of the day – this will be at approx 17:00 or earlier if advised onsite by the organisers.

If you are planning to have any items or materials collected by courier, please contact the organising team who will advise where the consignment should be stored once packed.
Please note that neither Angel Business Communications, IT Europa nor the venue can accept responsibility for items left unattended for collection.

Screen Hire

Screens maximum size 43” can be hired (subject to availability), if you wish to order, complete this form and return to exhibitions@sterlingeventgroup.co.uk before 11 November.

Pricing:
  • 32" Display - £70 + VAT
  • 43" Display - £95 + VAT
Sponsors may bring their own screen maximum size 43”. Due to space restrictions, larger screens will not be permitted. Screens must be positioned within your allocated space and not block site lines of other sponsor sites.

Catering

Sponsors and delegates will be provided with all meals and refreshments during the day.

WiFi Access

Wireless internet access will be available free-of-charge to all sponsors - average speed of 5 megabits per second both up and down.

Car Parking

Information on car parking will be available soon.

Noise Levels

Streaming videos etc from booths will be permitted providing they do not interfere with the conference or any other Sponsor. The Organisers reserve the right to request that sound levels are reduced or switched off completely during conference session times or if noise levels are impacting another sponsor's experience.

Security

Please do not leave portable or valuable items unattended during the event. The organisers cannot assume any liability for damaged and/or missing property.
